Delivery Policy

At Khatsama, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure that your home appliances and electronics reach you in perfect condition across the UAE.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to all seven Emirates:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah (Daily deliveries)

  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah (Scheduled deliveries)

Please note: Some remote or "off-shore" areas may have specific delivery schedules or additional surcharges.


2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible:

  • Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 working days.

  • Express Delivery: Available for selected items in Dubai and Sharjah (subject to order time and availability).

  • Large Appliances: For items requiring professional handling (like refrigerators or washing machines), our team will call you to schedule a convenient delivery and installation window.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Fee: A flat delivery fee is applied to orders below a certain value (visible at checkout).

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on orders exceeding a specific amount (Check our homepage for current promotions!).

  • Installation Fees: Basic installation for major appliances is usually included for free, unless specified otherwise on the product page.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched:

  1. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  2. You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.

  3. Our delivery team may contact you via phone prior to arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the package.


5. Receiving Your Delivery

  • Identity Verification: To ensure security, our delivery agent may ask to see a valid UAE ID (Emirates ID or Passport) for high-value orders or credit card payments.

  • Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting the exterior of the package for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the scheduled time, our courier will attempt to redeliver the next working day. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
